Travelling with reduced mobility

Assistance and accessibility

Do you need assistance at the airport?

It is best to inform your airline immediately when you book a flight ticket. In any case, make sure that your request is known to your airline at least 48 hours before your flight departs, otherwise you may need to wait longer. Someone who made a request on time has priority.

Getting to Brussels Airport

Dropping someone off

Getting dropped off by car? Use the free drop-off zone, just a 5-minute walk from the departures hall. There is a PRM call point available at the Drop-off.

Driving yourself?
You can easily park in P1, P2 or P3. Each car park has spaces for passengers with reduced mobility.

At Brussels Airport

Once at the airport, head to the check-in desk first to get your boarding pass. Then, check in at the Special Assistance Welcome Desk at least 90 minutes before departure. You'll find it behind check-in row 2 (open daily from 4:00 to 22:00).
