You'll find our desk in the departures hall, right opposite check-in row 3. We're happy to help with questions about check-in, gates, flights, transport and all services at the airport.

Airport crew on site
Our airport crew is present in the terminal 24/7 to assist you in person. You'll recognise them by their green T-shirts with the message "May I help you?". They speak several languages and are happy to point you in the right direction — no question too big or too small.
