What is the situation?

On Friday 9 October there is a national manifestation. Part of the staff from ground handler Alyzia is expected to take part in this action. Based on the current information approximately half of the flights handled by Alyzia is expected to operate as planned. Unfortunately, a number of flights will have to be cancelled.

What does this mean for my flight?

Check here whether your flight is handled by Alyzia. If your flight is handled by Aviapartner, no impact is currently expected.  

Airlines working with Alyzia will contact passengers directly to inform them about the status of their flight and their options.

The flight overview on this website will show cancellations only once they are registered by the airline.

Trade union action on 12 October – no impact expected on flights

A trade union action will take place across public services on Monday 12 October. This will, based on the current information, have no impact on air traffic.

However, disruptions to public transport are expected. We advise you to check the websites of De Lijn, MIVB/STIB and NMBS/SNCB in advance and plan your journey to and from the airport accordingly.
