Driving licenses and vehicle access
To drive on the airport grounds, you need an airport driving licence and/or an access permit. Here you can find out how to apply, renew or reactivate one.
Conditions & preparation
- Category A Driver’s Licence: Follow the e-learning course from Aviato Academy. It will prepare you thoroughly for the official Brussels Airport exam. Learn more >

Applications
Download and complete the appropriate form:
- Vehicle access application form
- Application form for vehicle access to sectors 2 - 3
- Application form for vehicle access to sector 8
- Statement of loss of airport driving licence
How to submit?
- Download the form.
- Fill it in completely.
- Add the registration form, insurance document and vehicle photos.
- Send everything by e-mail to driverslicence@brusselsairport.be
