On 22 Novembre, Hainan Airlines operated its first nonstop flight from Brussels Airport to Chongqing, a gigantic supercity with over 32 million inhabitants in the centre of China. As is tradition, the inaugural flight was celebrated with a gate event.
With three flights a week, Chongqing is the fourth Chinese destination to be served from Brussels Airport by Hainan Airlines, after Beijing, Shanghai and Shenzhen, which confirms our position as gateway to China.
