New: Le Pain Quotidien

On 1 July, Autogrill and Le Pain Quotidien opened a branch of the well-known bread chain in the departures hall. As airport employee, you benefit from a 20% discount with the Autogrill Discount Card.

With its 200 sqm, the traditional bakery and restaurant will have room for 160 guests. The hurried traveller or airport employee, however, can pass by the Grab & Go and enjoy their meal elsewhere or inflight. Brand new for Le Pain Quotidien, is that this branch is the first to have digital order units, combined with traditional table service.

Eating in or taking away, passengers and airport staff will be able to enjoy the quality tartines, pastries and salads from 4 am to 8 pm.

Additionally, all companies located within Brussels Airport will be able to call on Le Pain Quotidien for catering of their business lunches.

“With the arrival of Le Pain Quotidien in the catering offer at Brussels Airport, we are delighted to welcome a Belgian brand that is known and recognised even beyond our borders.", says Arnaud Feist, CEO Brussels Airport Company.  "With this collaboration we also emphasize our Belgian identity which is very important to us. With Le Pain Quotidien, our catering offer is now even more extensive to meet the needs and wishes of our passengers even better.”

Nice touch: during the official opening, the tradtitional cutting of the ribbon was replaced by the breaking of a baguette.

Le Pain Quotidien in the departures hall is open every day from 4am to 8 pm.
