Air China is coming to Brussels Airport

Starting March 2026, Air China will operate direct flights from Brussels Airport to Beijing and Chengdu, a totally new destination for our passengers!

  • Beijing : flights to the political and cultural capital of China will begin on 24 March 2026, with five weekly frequencies before moving to a daily service for the summer season (from 29 March).

  • Chengdu : starting 26 March 2026, three direct flights a week will allow travellers to discover this dynamic metropolis, the capital of Sichuan province and renowned for its cuisine, scenic landscapes, and its giant panda research centre.

With these new routes, Brussels Airport confirms the dynamism of its intercontinental network. Following the recent launch of direct flights to Hong Kong, Bangkok, and Chongqing, Air China’s arrival further enriches the offer to Asia. From Beijing or Chengdu, travellers can also benefit from Air China’s convenient onward connections to numerous destinations across China and Asia.

As a Star Alliance member, Air China also reinforces Brussels Airport’s role as a European hub for the alliance, alongside home carrier Brussels Airlines, providing travellers with direct access to the heart of Europe and convenient connections across the continent and beyond through Star Alliance’s extensive network.
