Season’s Greetings and a Happy New Year

Traditionally, Brussels Airport CEO Arnaud Feist extends his season's greetings to everyone in the airport community in a video message. This year, we had a video made that puts the spotlight on the teams on the ground. Because good teamwork is what makes the dream work!

Dear colleagues,

2023 is coming to an end. Together, we welcomed over 22 million passengers this past year and shipped over 700,000 tonnes of parcels and goods to destinations across the world.

Connecting people, communities and businesses is what we, as an airport community, stand for.

Thanks to you, Brussels Airport is a place with a heart that passengers and visitors love to come back to. A place where you can truly feel the magic of thousands of people working seamlessly together to give our passengers and customers the best possible experience.

And particularly in this special time of the year, we want to be that magical place where dreams start. Because what is more rewarding than helping to fulfil other people’s dreams?

As the saying goes: ‘good teamwork is what makes the dream work’. So I would like to extend a heartfelt thank you to each and every one of you for your unwavering commitment and enthusiasm.

I wish you all a magical holiday season and a wonderful 2024! May all your dreams for the New Year come true.

Arnaud
