What you need to know

In anticipation of the launch of the new visitor request form in ServiceNow on April 20, we would like to inform you of an important change to the request period.

Temporary unavailability of the current form

Due to the transition to the new system, the current visitor request form will no longer be available starting April 13.

This means that:

• All visitor requests for access between April 13 and April 21 must be submitted before April 13.
• Starting April 20, new requests can be submitted again via the new form in ServiceNow.

This brief interruption is necessary to ensure a smooth, error-free, and secure transition to the new platform.

More information about the new form and the specific procedure will follow shortly.
