If your current badge has an expiry date after 01/11/2026, you can collect your new badge at the Badge Swap Office.

 
Phase 1 — Badge production: complete
 
Phase 2 — Badge distribution: Q3/Q4 2026
 
Phase 3 — Reader replacement: Q4 2026

How does it work?

Collect your new badge

Invitations and timeslots will be sent out per group of companies. A dedicated company swap day may be organised if applicable.

Q4 2026

Infrastructure upgraded

Access control systems throughout the airport will be gradually replaced. Your access can only be guaranteed with the new badge.

Badge Swap Office

Located to the right of the Badge Services / Airport Service Center. Walk-ins can take place based on the timeslots provided to your company.

Company swap day

Larger companies will have a dedicated swap day organised near the workplace. Security Services will contact these companies directly.

Date communicated by your employer

For BAC colleagues: In the week of 22/06 until 26/06, several colleagues will be available for handing out the new badges, close to the Compass reception.
