Your rights as a passenger
Flight cancelled? Whether you booked months in advance or at the last minute, you generally have two options if your flight is cancelled:
A replacement flight at no additional cost under comparable conditions.
A full refund of your booking.
If your flight is cancelled less than 14 days before departure and no comparable alternative is offered, you may be entitled to compensation unless exceptional circumstances apply. See the full conditions.
Contact your airline
If you had to pay for food, drinks, accommodation, or transportation, keep your receipts and contact your airline to check whether these costs can be reimbursed.
If you’re already at the airport, you can also visit one of our information desks for assistance.
