Frequently Asked Questions About Fast Lane

The Fast Lane allows you to skip the regular security line at Brussels Airport. A Fast Lane Pass is required for access. 

A Fast Lane Pass costs €12,50 online (incl. VAT). It is valid for one person and remains valid for one year from the purchase date. 

You can purchase a pass up to 30 days before your flight. 

Yes, anyone can buy a Fast Lane Pass, regardless of flight class or airline. Not sure if Fast Lane access is already included with your ticket? Check with your airline. 

No, you must have a valid boarding pass to purchase and use a Fast Lane Pass. 

Children under two years old may use the Fast Lane at no charge when accompanied by an adult with a valid Fast Lane Pass. Children aged two and older require their own individual pass.

Fast Lane is open daily from 4:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. and is available as long as flights are departing. 

Fast Lane is usually available during flight times. If it’s closed, you can request a refund by emailing comfortservices@brusselsairport.be. 

We offer a dedicated lane (separate from Fast Lane) to ensure a smooth security experience for wheelchair users. Please contact your airline at least 48 hours before departure to request special assistance. 

No, your Fast Lane Pass can only be used when departing from Brussels Airport.

Once you have purchased a Fast Lane Pass on our website, you will receive a confirmation email containing your personal Enjoy! QR code (also for non-members). If you are an Enjoy! Member, you can also find this code on your Enjoy! Dashboard. 

To use the Fast Lane service, all you need to do is present your QR code and a valid boarding pass at the dedicated Fast Lane security line. Please note that each scan of your QR code will deduct one Fast Lane Pass credit. 

No need to print. Just open the PDF on your smartphone from your confirmation email or go to your Enjoy! dashboard.  

Once you’ve purchased your passes, they’ll be sent to your email. If you can’t find them or have lost the confirmation email, please contact us. 

You’ll find your passes in your confirmation email. If you purchased them through your Enjoy! account, they’re also available in your dashboard. 

Yes, you can share your Fast Lane Pass with your travel companions. Each person can simply scan their pass at the Fast Lane and proceed through. 

Just open the PDF or access your passes in the Enjoy! dashboard, then align the QR code within the camera frame. Make sure the QR code is clearly visible on your screen. The scanner will automatically recognize it. 

You’ll find your order number in your confirmation email or on your Enjoy! dashboard. 

First, check your spam folder—it might be there. There’s also a chance there was a typo in your email address. If you bought the passes through your Enjoy! account, they’ll also be available there. Still no luck? Contact us! 

You have the right to cancel your tickets within 14 days for passes purchased for a specific date or time slot. If you've already used Fast Lane, the cost of the used passes will be deducted from your refund. For more details or to cancel, just contact us.
