About Fast Lane
Your Fast Lane Pass is valid for one year from the date of purchase. You can use the Pass on any date within this period, regardless of the flight date selected during purchase.
Your Pass remains valid for one year from the date of purchase and can be used for another flight within this period. Delays or cancellations do not entitle you to a refund.
No, a valid boarding pass is required to use the Fast Lane.
The Fast Lane is open daily from 4 a.m. to 9 p.m.
Yes. If you do not use your Pass on the originally selected date, you can use it on another day within its one-year validity period, provided you depart from Brussels Airport.
No. Wheelchair users can request PRM assistance in advance and use the dedicated PRM lane.
Children under the age of 2 can use the Fast Lane free of charge when accompanied by an adult with a valid Pass. From the age of 2, a separate Pass is required.

About the order
As a consumer, you have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days of purchase, provided the Pass has not been used. To exercise this right, please contact Customer Service via customer.care@brusselsairport.be. After 14 days, or once the Pass has been used, refunds are no longer possible.
A separately purchased Pass can be transferred by sharing the QR code of the Pass. However, if the Pass is linked to your Enjoy account, it is strictly personal and non-transferable.
If you did not receive your QR code or entered an incorrect email address, please contact Customer Service to have your confirmation and QR code resent. If you are an Enjoy member, your Pass is also available in your Enjoy account and on your personal Enjoy QR code.
After purchase, you will receive your Pass(es) by email. Did you purchase your Pass via your Enjoy account? Then you will also find it in your Enjoy account and on your personal Enjoy QR code.
