We’ve all been there: waiting to pick someone up after a flight. Want to avoid a long walk? Park in P1, P2 or P3, each just a few minutes from the Arrivals Hall. The first 30 minutes cost €5 or €4.50 with your Pcard+. No need to book in advance. Just drive in and pay when you leave.

Meeting someone inside? Choose a clear meeting spot in advance. The information desk is a great option or grab a drink while you wait at Hi! Brussels. You can also pick another convenient meeting spot that works for both of you.

What address should I enter in my GPS?
Brussels Airport is available in most GPS systems. If it doesn’t appear, try entering “Leopoldlaan, 1930 Zaventem” instead. If you're coming via the Brussels Ring, follow the signs to Zaventem.
What time should I arrive when picking someone up?
That's up to you, but try to be there shortly after their flight lands if you want to meet them in the Arrivals Hall. You can track the flight in real time with the free Brussels Airport app or get updates from BRUce.
Can I take a taxi to or from the airport?
