How long is my Lounge Pass valid?
Your Lounge Pass is valid for one year from the date of purchase. It can be used once on any date within this period.
Can I use my Pass on a different date or for another flight?
Yes. If you do not use your Pass on the originally selected date, you can use it on another day within its one-year validity period, provided you depart from Brussels Airport.
What happens if my flight is delayed or cancelled? Can I still use my Pass?
Your Pass remains valid for one year from the date of purchase and can be used for another flight within this period. Delays or cancellations do not entitle you to a refund.
Can I enter the Lounge without a boarding pass?
No, you need a valid boarding pass for a flight departing from Brussels Airport and a Lounge Pass for the same day. When purchasing the Lounge Pass, you must enter your flight date.
What are the opening hours?
The Diamond Lounge (Gates A) is open daily from 4:30 a.m. to 9 p.m. The View Lounge (Gate B) is open daily from 5 a.m. to 10 p.m.
Is the Lounge accessible for wheelchair users?
Yes, the Lounges are accessible for wheelchair users. If you need assistance to get there, you can request PRM assistance in advance (at least 48 hours before departure).
Can I buy a Lounge Pass no matter my travel class?
Yes, anyone can buy a Lounge Pass, regardless of flight class or airline.
Can children enter the Lounge for free?
Children under the age of 2 may enter free of charge. From the age of 2, each child needs their own Lounge Pass.
How long can I stay in the Lounge?
You can stay in the Lounge for a maximum of 3 hours before your flight.

About the order
Can I cancel my Fast Lane Pass and/or Lounge Pass purchase and get a refund?
As a consumer, you have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days of purchase, provided the Pass has not been used. To exercise this right, please contact Customer Service via customer.care@brusselsairport.be. After 14 days, or once the Pass has been used, refunds are no longer possible.
Can I transfer my Fast Lane Pass and/or Lounge Pass to someone else?
A separately purchased Pass can be transferred by sharing the QR code of the Pass. However, if the Pass is linked to your Enjoy account, it is strictly personal and non-transferable.
What if I entered the wrong email address or lost my QR code?
If you did not receive your QR code or entered an incorrect email address, please contact Customer Service to have your confirmation and QR code resent. If you are an Enjoy member, your Pass is also available in your Enjoy account and on your personal Enjoy QR code.
How will I receive my Pass(es)?
After purchase, you will receive your Pass(es) by email. Did you purchase your Pass via your Enjoy account? Then you will also find it in your Enjoy account and on your personal Enjoy QR code.
