Stargate: 5 years of innovation. One last weekend.
Over the past five years, our organisation has been proud to contribute to Stargate, one of Europe's largest innovation programmes for more sustainable aviation.
Together with airports, airlines, universities, public authorities and technology partners across Europe, we helped test new ideas in real operational environments.
From sustainable fuels and circular economy solutions to self-driving vehicles and digital innovations, Stargate explored how aviation can become more efficient and sustainable.
Now it's time to share the results.
On 26 and 27 September, the Stargate Expo will bring together the projects, technologies and people behind five years of collaboration at the iconic Skyhall at Brussels Airport.
Visitors will be able to:
- See self-driving airport vehicles up close
- Discover how used cooking oil can help power future flights
- Explore circular solutions that give waste a second life
- Experience innovation through immersive displays
- Meet the people behind the projects and learn about the journey from idea to implementation.
The expo is free to attend and suitable for visitors of all ages, with activities for children and families throughout the weekend.
