Check-in

There are several ways to check in. The quickest and easiest way to check in for a flight is online. You’ll get your boarding pass right away and can head straight to security. Prefer to check in at the airport? Just go to your airline’s check-in desk. The desk number is shown on the screens in the departure hall.

Online check in from home

Most airlines let you check in online 24 to 48 hours before departure. Once you’ve done that, you’ll receive your boarding pass. Travelling with hand luggage only? Then you can head straight to security.

Flying with Brussels Airlines or another Lufthansa Group and already checked in online? You can quickly drop off your bags at the Self Bag Drop. Need help? Our crew is happy to assist.

Check in at a desk or self-service kiosk

You can check in at your airline’s desk to get your boarding pass and drop off your luggage. Some airlines also offer self-service check-in kiosks, which can save you time, especially during busy periods. Not sure where to go? The screens in the departure hall will show your check-in desk.
