How do you say goodbye?  Will you use the drop-off area for quick goodbyes or the parking for leisurely (and lenghty :-)) goodbyes? If you decide in advance, you make sure to give your beloved ones a smooth departure. Know when to be in the airport with our chatbot BRUce. He sends you updates of the flight via Whatsapp or Messenger.

  • Allow sufficient time during peak hours
  • Follow the signs to the drop-off parking

Most GPS systems have an entry for Brussels Airport under POI, Points of Interest. If yours doesn't, you can manually enter A201/Vilvoordelaan junction, 1930 Zaventem.

Choose your optimal parking option:  The free drop-off zone gives you 10 minutes to help your passengers unload their luggage and to say goodbye. Want to wave them off? Park your car in car park P1, P2 or P3 opposite the airport building. Order your Pcard+ to park 30 minutes for free!

You can take a moment to say goodbye on the drop-off area or outside in front of the terminal building. In the current circumstances, only persons travelling themselves and airport staff are admitted to the terminal. People accompanying wheelchair users or minors can also access the terminal.

You can track a flight up until its departure through our website and chatbot. Ask our chatbot BRUCE to keep you up to date via Whatsapp or Messenger.
