We’ll quickly guide you with clear information on what to do now, where to go and what your rights are.
Is your flight currently delayed? Here’s what you should do:
Check your flight status
In the Brussels Airport app, on our website or via BRUce. Your airline will confirm any rebookings or hotel vouchers.
Stay updated with BRUce
Via WhatsApp, BRUce keeps you informed about departure times and possible gate changes. In the meantime, you can relax and enjoy a bite or a drink.
Keep your receipts
Take photos of departure and arrival times, keep your boarding pass and receipts for food, drinks and transport. Useful for any potential reimbursement.
Travelling with a connecting flight?
Contact your airline to rebook your flight. Did you book the tickets separately? Then you’ll need to arrange the next part of your journey yourself.
Need assistance?
Do you need medical help or support finding your way? Speak to one of our staff members or visit the information desk in the departure hall.
Under European Regulation EU 261/2004, as a passenger you are entitled to assistance and sometimes financial compensation. The airline is your contractual point of contact.
