Sometimes, a quick hug and wave are all you need. Drive your travel buddy to the airport, help with their bags, and send them off with a smile. That's exactly what the free drop-off zone is for.
The drop-off zone is perfect for short stops. You can park for free for 10 minutes, no reservation needed. Staying longer? You’ll be charged €12, plus €3 for every extra minute.
If you'd rather walk your travel companion to the Departures Hall, park in P1, P2 or P3. Rates start at €5 per hour or €4.5 with your PCard+. No need to book in advance. Just drive in and pay when you leave.
Frequently asked question
What address should I enter in my GPS?
Brussels Airport is available in most GPS systems. If it doesn’t appear, try entering “Leopoldlaan, 1930 Zaventem” instead. If you're coming via the Brussels Ring, follow the signs to Zaventem.
Where can I quickly drop someone off?
If you want to quickly drop off departing passengers by car, use the drop-off zone. Just remember: it’s meant for short goodbyes, not parking.
Can I take a taxi to or from the airport?
Absolutely! Taxis can drop you off at the Departures Hall or pick you up just outside the Arrivals Hall. More about travelling by taxi.
How long can I stay in the drop-off zone?
It’s for quick stops only. You can stop briefly to unload passengers and luggage, but parking isn’t allowed.
