What is Unlimited Fast Lane?
The Unlimited Fast Lane Pass is a one-year pass that gives you unlimited access to the Fast Lane at the security checkpoint at Brussels Airport. You skip the regular queue and go through security faster.
Who can use Unlimited Fast Lane?
Unlimited Fast Lane is available to all passengers departing from Brussels Airport, regardless of airline or travel class.
How do I use Unlimited Fast Lane?
You use Unlimited Fast Lane via a personal QR code in your Enjoy account. Simply show this QR code at the Fast Lane entrance at the security checkpoint.
Do I need to book in advance?
No. Unlimited Fast Lane does not require a reservation or time slot. You can use the Fast Lane whenever it is open.
How long is my Unlimited Fast Lane Pass valid?
Your Pass is valid for one year from the date of purchase. During this period, you can use the Fast Lane once per day, every day.
Is my Unlimited Fast Lane Pass personal?
Yes. Unlimited Fast Lane is personal and can only be used by the person in whose name the Pass was purchased.
What are the Fast Lane opening hours?
The Fast Lane is open daily from 4 a.m. to 9 p.m.
Can I use Unlimited Fast Lane without an Enjoy account?
No. An Enjoy account is required to use your personal QR code.
What if I don’t have an Enjoy account yet?
You can easily create an Enjoy account during the purchase of your Unlimited Fast Lane Pass.

About the order
Can I cancel my Unlimited Fast Lane and/or Enjoy Gold purchase and get a refund?
If you purchased a Pass as a consumer, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of purchase. To do so, please contact our Customer Care team at customer.care@brusselsairport.be and clearly state that you wish to withdraw from your purchase.
Once we have received your cancellation request, we will send you a confirmation. Your refund will be processed as soon as possible, and at the latest within 14 days.
If you have already used the service (partially), the used portion will be deducted based on the prices listed on our website.
What if I entered the wrong email address or lost my QR code?
If you did not receive your QR code or entered an incorrect email address, please contact Customer Service to have your confirmation and QR code resent. If you are an Enjoy member, your Pass is also available in your Enjoy account and on your personal Enjoy QR code.
How will I receive my Pass(es)?
After purchase, you will receive your Pass(es) by email. Did you purchase your Pass via your Enjoy account? Then you will also find it in your Enjoy account and on your personal Enjoy QR code.
