  • Work stoppage at baggage handler Swissport on 22 August 2017
Passengers who wish to file a lost baggage report can do so in paper at the Swissport baggage desk at Brussels Airport before leaving the baggage reclaim hall. It is also possible to file the report online on https://missing-bag.swissport.com. To do this you will need the baggage tag you received on checking in your baggage.

In addition, to complete your file you are requested to use the following token: BRUAUG22

Swissport will get in touch to agree upon retrieval of your luggage. This can take a few days, given the enormous workload at the moment.
