Self Bag Drop

Some airlines offer a Self Bag Drop service. Just follow the instructions on the screen at the kiosk, print your baggage label and attach it to your luggage.

Can I use this service?

You can use the Self Bag Drop service if you’re flying with Brussels Airlines or an airline from the Lufthansa Group (Austrian, Swiss or Lufthansa Airlines).

Where can I find the Self Bag Drop kiosks?

You’ll find the Self Bag Drop kiosks in check-in rows 4 and 5. There you’ll find:
• 12 Self Bag Drop kiosks
• 20 kiosks to print your baggage label

How the Self Bag Drop works

1. Scan your boarding pass at a label kiosk.
2. Your baggage label will be printed. Attach it to your suitcase.
3. Place your suitcase on the belt and scan your baggage ticket.
4. Take your receipt and continue to security screening.

Flying with another airline or not checked in yet? Please go to your airline’s check-in counter. There, you can check in your baggage. An airline staff member will attach the baggage labels for you. More about check-in.
