Swissport Cargo

Ultra-modern logistics building with energy-efficient storage and office space.

BRUcargo West

A complex of 3 buildings with direct apron access, comprising office, storage and warehousing areas.

  • Equipped with "green roofs", rainwater reuse systems, heat pumps and electric vehicle charging stations 
  • Clients: Worldwide Flight Services, Expeditors, Kuehne+Nagel 


Modular, sustainable building erected in the centre of the BRUcargo zone. It has a warehouse, offices spread over 3 floors and 8 loading and unloading bays.

  • Equipped with sustainable structural materials, solar panels, heat pumps, sensor-assisted LED interior lighting, a mechanical ventilation system and electric vehicle charging points.

BRUcargo Central

Modernisation, innovation and sustainability are the key elements of this XXL renovation. The 34,000 m² warehousing area is strategically located in the heart of BRUcargo, and represents a substantial investment of €70 million. Demolition work on the 8 existing buildings began in June 2022. Construction is due to start by the end of 2023.

In 2022, a consortium of architects and consultancy agencies has started work on the development of phase 1, which will include an office building and a hotel. Located in the immediate vicinity of our future intermodal hub and fitted out with the latest technology, it will offer top-of-the-range, modern and accessible spaces.
