Mission

Follow-up of all maintenance activities in order to guarantee a good quality and on-time maintenance of the A330 fleet

Main tasks

• Daily follow-up of all technical problems of the A330 fleet
• On-site follow-up of maintenance and projects while ensuring the interests of Brussels Airlines
• Co-ordination with OCC, Planning, BCAA and the maintenance provider for technical problems
• Prepare of and assist with trouble shooting of complex problems
• Book and follow-up of: Pireps and Mareps, technical delays, operational status,...
• Provide AOG assistance
• Liaise between the maintenance provider and management for all related maintenance matters
• Advise management regarding improvements, preventive or corrective measures
• Take part in the A330 Manager On Duty roster

Your profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience as an aircraft technician on A330 or similar aircraft type. JAR66 B1 and/or B2 license on A330 is an advantage.
• Good knowledge of EASA procedures.
• Good communication skills and assertiveness combined with diplomacy, able to act as a representative of our company, can coop with stress.
• Good social skills.
• Self-starter, able to work autonomously, and to deliver advises.
• Very good sense of responsibility.
• Work ethics focused on quality.
• Able to comply with rules, procedures and internal arrangements.
• Very good administrative and organizational skills, accurateness is a must.
• Language skills: very good English, Dutch or French is a plus.
• Very good IT skills: MS Office, preferable: knowledge of Airmad, SAP
• Drivers license B
• Willingness to: travel abroad for assignments (several weeks if required), work during weekends / nights and irregular hours if need be
