Mission

Manages the controls and the reconciliation of the credit card sales and payments on customer level.

Main Tasks

• Insure a timely and correct account reconciliation between credit card sales and payments in the accounting system (SAP) on customer level and in the revenue accounting system (SIRAX) on ticket level
• Handle the credit card payment data transmission between Brussels Airlines and the external service provider
• Handle the credit card requests for information and charge backs in due time
• Manages the relation with the parties concern, internally and externally (clients, service providers)
• Follows up several balance sheet accounts and assists in their justification

Your Profile

• Bachelor Degree or similar by experience
• English, Dutch and French
• Good knowledge of internal reservation procedures and reservation systems
