Mission

The HR Services Officer is responsible for a correct and timely closing of the payroll administration for a specific department. He ensures the execution of various administrative and organizational processes and tasks related to salary administration.

Main tasks

• Is responsible for the correct and timely administrative processing of all information
• Makes listing - analysis - reports according to specific procedures
• Solves and pursues problems connected to personal files
• Is the first level point of contact for his department and provides information and answers questions of the employees in the broadest sense
• Coordinates projects concerning wages and salary administration in order to constantly improve processes

Your profile

• Bachelor degree in Human resources (or equivalent by experience) - 2 years of experience.

Additionally, the ideal candidate

• can express himself in Dutch, French and in English
• is experienced in HR related administration, and has an extensive knowledge of social law 
• is customer focused 
• has a working knowledge of Microsoft Office  
• is detail oriented and strongly control minded
• is time driven and able to manage priorities and respect dates
• has good communication skills, is able to handle sensitive, private and confidential information
