Abelag, based in Zaventem, Kortrijk, Antwerp and Lille, is the Benelux leader in business aviation.

The Company is specialised in 3 main areas : air taxi with the operation of 21 aircraft, aircraft handling for all services related to business aircraft assistance and maintenance. Abelag carries out more than 3.000 flights and welcomes more than 15.000 passengers per year in its own private terminal in Zaventem.

- He/She will be the postholder of ABELAG Flight Operations and being accountable for the department and will be the primary contact with the Belgian Civil Aviation Authority

- He/She will ensure safe and efficient conduct of flights, in accordance with the regulations of EU-OPS and applicable laws and regulations, by setting highest operational standards required to maintain ABELAG Air Operator Certificate

- He/She will follow up all performed audits with the Quality Ops Manager

- He/She will be directly responsible and will supervise the Flight Ops Manager, the Crew Training Manager, the flight dispatchers and a pool of +/_ 20 qualified pilots

- He/She will work in close relation with the commercial department for scheduling and organisation of the flights and with the technical department for scheduling of aircraft maintenance.
