I suffer from fear of flying. How do I deal with it?

Are you squeezing the armrest of your seat in case of turbulence? Does even the smallest noise scare you?  Are you breaking out in a sweat at every “dingdong” or “squeak”?

You’re not alone! Ten to thirty percent of the population suffer from fear of flying. Brussels Airlines, in collaboration with a team of recognised clinical psychologists and behavioural therapists and with the support of Brussels Airport, organise a two-day programme to help passengers overcome their fear. The protocol of this programme was written by specialists of the department Experimental Clinical and Health Psychology of the University of Ghent. This guarantees a success rate of over 80%.
