  • I arrived too late at check-in owing to circumstances beyond my control. What to do?

Even if a passenger was late due to unforeseen circumstances (train delayed, car broke down, road works, unexpected traffic jam,..), they still are responsible for arriving on time.

Airlines have no consideration for delayed trains or the fact that your car broke down or you got stuck in a traffic jam on your way to the airport.

If you were late at check-in because you arrived at the airport on a delayed flight, you can appeal to the airline that caused you to be late.
