Steven Polmans has already a long history in the world of aviation. During 15 years he worked in the airline handling industry at different airports and in different functions: from catering, cleaning, ramp handling to cargo and this in different management functions, operational as well as commercial.
Since October 1st 2010 he works as Cargo Marketing Manager for the Brussels Airport Company. His main job is to assist current airline customers in their operations at Brussels as a key account manager and to explore business development opportunities with new carriers for an operation at Brussels Airport.
Marc Bogaerts has been working in aviation since more than 27years, with experience in both handling (operations, IT) and airport related matters. Marc is Chairman of the 100’ Cargo Airport Committee and Chairman of the Brucargo Customs Taskforce.
Marc's main responsibilities are Operational airfreight issues (Normal handling procedures; Special handling and aircraft procedures), Customs procedures issues and inter-operator airfreight communications and data exchange.
Piet Demunter has been working for The Brussels Airport Company in the function of Senior Project Manager Business Development, before moving to the function of Head of Cargo Development. Responsible for the implementation of the strategic plan for the cargo business unit of Brussels Airport, Piet is leading the overall cargo team and heading the different projects to further strengthen Brucargo into Europe’s most efficient cargo airport. He also takes the responsibility for maintaining the relations with the different cargo stakeholders, in close cooperation with the cargo marketing and cargo operations manager.
