Passengers charmed by friendly check-in staff

A recent passenger satisfaction survey shows that over 80 percent of our passengers are very satisfied to extremely satisfied with the check-in staff at Brussels Airport. Patient, friendly and helpful… that is how our customers perceive these airport colleagues. This calls for a heart-felt Thank You to every single one of them.  Travellers also positively rate the sense of security and the extensive signage. They are however less pleased with the long queues at screening and the long walking distances. About these and other issues Brussels Airport held a meeting early April with airline representatives to find out what improvements can be made. The meeting was qualified by the participants as a constructive dialogue.
