The staff of The Brussels Airport Company participate in the annual ‘Warm Jumper Day’, which is held today, 16 February. The temperature in the Satellite, the administrative building, is lowered by 3°C.
‘Warm Jumper Day’, an initiative by the Flemish government, aims to draw attention to the greenhouse gas problem and the challenges of climate change.
For The Brussels Airport Company participating in this campaign is also one more step in its aim to reduce its energy consumption. Apart from structural measures, small initiatives like this are both necessary and useful to achieve its objective.
